Important Information Before Your Appointment

Please read ALL of the following before attending your appointment.
If you are making a booking on behalf of a friend or family member, you MUST use their legal name, phone number, and email address when completing the booking.
The booking details must match the person attending. Entry will be REFUSED if the information provided does not match the attendee's identification. Booking fee will be forfeited & admin fees will apply.

Do not use retinols or exfoliants for 7 days before your appointment.
Avoid laser treatments, semi-permanent makeup, Botox, and fillers for 2 weeks before treatment.
If your skin has been bleached, treatment cannot go ahead and payment will be forfeited.

A consultation and skin scan/treatment is highly recommended for first-time clients.
This helps us understand your goals and set realistic expectations.
Alternatively, book the bespoke facial if you are unsure which treatment to select.

A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
Arrivals over 10 minutes late will be cancelled.
If we can still accommodate you the same day at a different time, a late/admin fee applies: £25 weekdays, £30 Saturdays.
No-shows: £50 admin fee (where full payment has not been made).
Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice: £50 admin fee.
Booking fees are non-refundable in all circumstances.
Refunds are not available once treatment has been completed without error.
Package bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded once started.
You can only reschedule your appointment twice & more attempts will require an admin fee.
If we offer a refund or reschedule due to our error and you choose to reschedule, the booking fee becomes non-refundable again.
Please refrain from bringing guests to the appointment suite, unless previously requested.

Use your full legal name when booking and completing consent forms. No aliases or initials.
Incorrect bookings/details may result in cancellation and a £30 admin fee.
If you book without checking requirements (such as age restrictions) and cancel the same day, a £30 admin fee applies.
Appointment times may be adjusted by 30 minutes either way to close awkward gaps & accommodate more clients. Especially on Saturdays. Please bear this in mind.
